Refund Policy for Eduwize ERP Software

Effective: 01 April 2025

1. No Refund on Software Subscription / License

All payments made for ERP software subscription, license, customization, implementation, setup, or activation are non-refundable.

• Yearly / Monthly subscription fees
• One-time license fees
• Module activation charges
• Setup, onboarding, or data migration fees

2. Free Demo / Trial

We provide free demo sessions and trial access (where applicable) to ensure the customer evaluates all features before purchasing the ERP.

3. Refunds Not Applicable For

• Change of mind after purchase
• Wrong module selection by customer
• Delays caused by lack of data or approval from customer
• Improper use or misuse of ERP
• Third-party hosting, hardware, or integration issues
• Custom development or feature requests
• Completed training sessions

4. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be provided only in special situations:

• Duplicate payment made accidentally
• Amount deducted but service not activated due to technical failure
• Any genuine billing error verified by our accounts team

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

5. Cancellation of Subscription

Customers may cancel their subscription anytime. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining duration of the current billing cycle. Access will remain available until the paid period ends.
